| EX-CHOICE, non-competition section of EXIS includes 55 works , which are dynamic energies of experimentation and expended possibilities. ‘EX- CHOICE 2; Korean Experimental Narrative and EX-CHOICE 3; Korean Experimental Documentary’ will show many Korean experimental films made in these two traditional genres. ‘Culture-making 1,2’ shows meta-experimentations weaved in various positions such as politics, history, and unusual mediums of cinema. ‘Allegory’ makes the temporal living of past and present through a traditional genre of hand-made filmmaking. Like the Todorov`s saying, the last program ‘The Index of Movement; Fantazy’ drives us to a new imaginative place beyond limitation. We can’t approach it as if we would depend on it.
